At Future Interests, we specialise in all things mortgage and insurance related. As the name suggests, we put your future interests at the forefront of all that we do. Based in Herne Bay, Kent, we offer a personal mortgage advice service that is tailored to your individual needs. Vicky Crouch
Vicky is the proud Owner and Managing Director of Future Interests. The company was founded with the vision of providing clear and simple Mortgage and Protection advice, ensuring that every client receives the best possible tailored recommendations and a process with minimal stress.
Not only is Vicky the Managing Director of Future Interests, she is also a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Consultant. Whilst Vicky is extremely proud of the reputation of her company, its success is down to the reputation she has built for herself since entering in the industry in 2007.
Vicky has been selective on who she has brought in to work under the Future Interests banner ensuring those selected have the same reputation and values with high standards of advice, service and customer care. With an extensive estate agency background, Vicky will be by your side to help you every step of the way.
Specialises in: Adverse Credit and Home Movers.
Vicky also has a little girl, Thea, who likes to keep her busy outside of work.
Hobbies: Walking, Weightlifting, Scuba Diving
Lee Bulford
Lee is a fully qualified Senior Mortgage and Protection Consultant with an exceptional reputation in the financial services industry since 2008.
With an outstanding depth of knowledge and problem-solving skills gained from his background in retail banking and estate agency, Lee is an invaluable member of the Future Interests family.
Specialises in: Self-employed, First-Time Buyers & Remortgages.
Lee enjoys spending time with his wife Nikki and their two young children Marco and Romeo.
Hobbies: Golf, Football, Cycling
Georgina Jaconelli
Georgina is our Office Manager and CeMAP qualified Mortgage Consultant. She is the oil that keeps the cogs of Future Interests turning. By organising each of our clients’ applications, it frees up our consultants to do what they do best. Georgina keeps our clients updated every step of the way by ensuring everyone knows exactly where they are during what can be a stressful process.
Georgina also has an Estate Agency background giving her a wide knowledge of the industry so she can support our clients on their journey.
Specialises in: Buildings & Contents insurance.
Georgina is in the process of saving to buy a house with her partner Ashley.
Hobbies: Cooking, Walking, Socialising with friends
